1Overview

Leadluence is a subscription-based software platform (SaaS) for real estate professionals. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for all paid subscriptions purchased through our website.

By subscribing to any Leadluence plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to the selected plan's features. No payment is required to start a trial.

  • No charges are made during the trial period.
  • You are not required to provide payment details to begin a trial.
  • If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will transition to read-only mode. Your data will be preserved and accessible when you choose to subscribe.

3Subscription Plans and Billing

Leadluence offers the following subscription plans: Lite, Starter, Growth, and Pro. Current pricing is available at leadluence.com/pricing.

  • All plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable charges. The amount shown on the pricing page is the amount you will be charged — no additional taxes or fees are added at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@leadluence.com.

How cancellation works:

  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • You retain full access to all features until the billing period ends.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will transition to read-only mode. You can view your data but cannot add new leads, send messages, or run automations.
  • Your data is preserved after cancellation. If you resubscribe at a later date, your leads, pipeline, and history will be intact.

For workspace subscriptions (team plans):

  • Only the workspace owner can cancel the subscription.
  • Upon cancellation, all team members retain access until the billing period ends, after which all accounts under the workspace transition to read-only mode.

No cancellation fees are charged.

5Refund Policy

5.1 Within 14 Days of First Payment

If you are unsatisfied with Leadluence after your first paid subscription payment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that payment. This applies only to the first subscription payment on your account.

To request a refund, email support@leadluence.com with your registered email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process the refund without requiring further justification.

5.2 After 14 Days / Subsequent Renewals

Subscription payments made after the first 14-day window — including automatic monthly renewals — are non-refundable. Since Leadluence is a digital service that provides immediate access upon payment, refunds for subsequent billing cycles are not provided. If you do not wish to be charged for the next cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

5.3 Service Downtime or Deficiency

If Leadluence experiences a service outage or deficiency that substantially prevents you from using the platform for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours within a billing cycle, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period. Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle. Contact support@leadluence.com with details of the issue and the dates affected.

5.4 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, or if an incorrect amount is charged due to a system error, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate or excess amount upon verification. Contact support@leadluence.com with your payment details and we will resolve this within 5 business days.

5.5 Plan Downgrades

  • The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • You retain access to the higher plan's features until the current billing period ends.
  • No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan.

5.6 Plan Upgrades

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately.
  • You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in the current billing period at the new plan's rate.

6How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are processed through our payment gateway partner to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days from the date the refund is approved. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • The full amount charged for the billing period will be refunded where applicable.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

7Account Suspension by Leadluence

Leadluence reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Use of the platform for spam, unsolicited messaging, or abuse of WhatsApp Business API policies.
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.
  • Attempting to circumvent subscription limits or exploit the platform.

In the event of suspension for policy violations:

  • No refund will be issued for the current billing period.
  • If the suspension is determined to be in error, access will be restored and any missed billing days will be credited.

8Failed Payments

If a scheduled subscription payment fails:

  • Our payment gateway will automatically retry the payment up to 3 times over a period of 7 days.
  • During this period, your account will remain active with full access. A notification banner will be displayed in the app informing you of the payment issue.
  • If payment is not successfully collected after all retry attempts, your subscription will be paused and your account will transition to read-only mode.
  • No additional charges or penalties are applied for failed payments.
  • You can update your payment method and reactivate your subscription at any time.

9Data Retention After Cancellation

Your data — including leads, pipeline stages, activity history, tasks, and notes — is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends or is cancelled. During this period, you can resubscribe and regain full access to your data.

After 90 days of inactivity with no active subscription, we reserve the right to delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will receive an email notification before any data deletion occurs.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you via email or through the application.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
